I bought chickpeas (garbanzo beans). I decided to try to make Harira. I referred to this page.

I soaked the beans in water in the morning. Regarding spices, I found paprika, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon in the kitchen, I put them properly. When I ate Harira in Morocco, I didn’t see meat in it, so I put in pork meat a little. According to the recipe, I put the tomatoes, but I use fewer. Canned tomatoes may be OK. I put the flour dissolved in water to give a thickened. I feel like it was pretty thickened in my memory. Perhaps because there was not enough time to stew, the beans are a little hard and crunchy. It seems that it tastes as I remember. Well, that’s good enough.
